Fees and Volunteering

2018 Fees

Atom Registration Fees: $365

•  Volunteer & Fundraising Bond: $250*
•  Equipment Bond: $250

PeeWee Registration Fees: $375

•  Volunteer & Fundraising Bond: $250*
•  Equipment Bond: $250

Bantam Registration Fees: $475

•  Volunteer & Fundraising Bond: $250*
•  Equipment Bond: $250
 *Volunteer & Fundraising Bond are only required on a per family basis.

Refunds

•  Players who have not paid their fees in full will not be permitted to participate in practices or games.
•  If your player was released during tryouts, all fees except $50.00 will be returned.
•  If your player chooses to quit after being selected to a team, all fees except $150.00 will be returned.
•  If your player chooses to quit after first the game, no fees shall be refunded.
•  Due to the inherent nature of the game, if your player sustains an injury that will not allow them to complete the season, no fee refunds are available.

Atom (7 total points needed)

•  Coach – 7 pt
•  Team Manager – 7 pt
•  First Aid/Trainer (2) – 5 pt
•  Team Photographer (2) – 5 pt

PeeWee (10 total points needed)

•  Coach – 10 pt
•  Team Manager – 10 pt
•  First Aid/Trainer (2) – 7 pt
•  Team Photographer (2) – 7 pt
•  Equipment Technician – 7 pt
•  Hudl Editor – 5 pt
•  Equipment Transfer – 2 pt/game
•  Stick Crew - 2 pt/game

Bantam (10 total points needed)

•  Coach – 10 pt
•  Team Manager – 10 pt
•  First Aid/Trainer (2) – 7 pt
•  Team Photographer (2) – 7 pt
•  Equipment Technician – 7 pt
•  Hudl Editor – 5 pt
•  Stampeders 50/50 Sales – 5 pt
•  Equipment Transfer – 2 pt/game
•  Stick Crew - 2 pt/game
•  Bantam Jamboree Silent Auction Donation – 1 pt / $25 in value

•  50/50 Ticket Purchase – 1 pt / 2 tickets purchased (1-$20, 3-$50, 5-$75)
•  Year-End Banquet Event Set-up/Teardown – 2 pt
•  Year-End Banquet Silent Auction Donation – 1 pt / $25 in value
**Please note that the casino is only available every other year.
Families that don't fulfill their requirements, will be charged $250.
Other opportunities to earn points toward your Volunteer & Fundraising total may arise throughout the season.
We are always open to new volunteering and fundraising opportunities, please feel free to bring any ideas to the General Manager of Teams to be approved by the GOFA board.  There may be an opportunity to earn points in this manner, but there is no guarantee to the number of opportunities that will be available.
The GOFA board reserves the right to declare that all volunteer points and position have been fulfilled and can return bonds based on full volunteer participation.
