REMINDERS:

NEW CBFA MEDICAL FORMComplete PART A and carefully read the requirements for completing PART B. If needed, PART B must be signed by your family physician.

JAMBOREE - Third Saturday in August 20th (approx. 8 AM to 5 PM)
This is a busy and fun day. We need everyone to take at least one 2 hour shift to cover this major event. We usually have 12 teams and over 1000 people in attendance.
The Eagles will play 3 games, so you will definitely be able to watch at least one game, likely 2, before or after you volunteer.

FUNDRAISING:

Each player will be asked to sell 1 book of Football AB "Donate-What-You-Pull" tickets OR if you do not want to sell tickets, you may choose to fill in the tickets for 50 chances to win a Dream Vacation.  $80 is charged per book at registration.  Up to 3 additional books may be sold to support the team or to decrease fees - additional books to reduce fees will be sold for $20 and will therefore reduce fees by $60.00 per book once sold.  Books must be turned in by October 15th.
